These terms and conditions apply to the CodeMateX app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Liquid Labs Inc. (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as an Open Source service.
Upon downloading or utilizing the Application, you are automatically agreeing to the following terms. It is strongly advised that you thoroughly read and understand these terms prior to using the Application. Unauthorized copying, modification of the Application, any part of the Application, or our trademarks is strictly prohibited. Any attempts to reverse engineer or extract the source code of the Application beyond open source licensing terms, translate the Application into other languages, or create unauthorized derivative versions are not permitted.
The Service Provider is dedicated to ensuring that the Application is as beneficial and efficient as possible. As such, they reserve the right to modify the Application or charge for its services at any time and for any reason. Any changes to features or services will be clearly communicated in release updates.
CodeMateX processes AI queries locally on your device hardware. It is your responsibility to maintain the security of your device and manage installed on-device models. The Service Provider strongly advises against jailbreaking or rooting your device, which may compromise device security and performance.

Hardware & AI Disclaimer
CodeMateX executes large language models locally on device hardware. Inference performance, memory consumption, and battery consumption may vary depending on device hardware specifications (such as RAM and chipset capability). AI model outputs are generated algorithmically for educational and tutoring assistance and should be verified by the user.
Changes to These Terms and Conditions
The Service Provider may periodically update their Terms and Conditions. You are advised to review this page regularly for any changes. Any modifications are effective immediately upon posting on this page.
