Kids Math Pup Tutor ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting the privacy of children who use our application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard information when you or your child uses our app.

Information We Collect

Data Stored Locally

We store the following information only on the user's device; it is never transmitted to our servers:

• Child's first name (optional) — personalization
• Grade level selection — adaptive difficulty
• Practice session history, game scores, badges, and preferences — progress tracking

Optional Analytics

If enabled in Settings, we collect anonymized, aggregate analytics (e.g., screen views, session durations, crashes) to improve the app. Analytics can be disabled at any time in Settings.

How We Use Information

• Provide and personalize the learning experience
• Adjust difficulty and track progress
• Fix crashes and improve performance (anonymized)

What We Do NOT Collect

We do not collect names, email addresses, location, photos, contacts, or any other personally identifiable information.

Data Storage & Security

All personal data is stored encrypted on the device. Analytics data, when used, is anonymized and transmitted securely. We do not sell or share personal data.

Children & Parental Controls

The app is designed for children ages 5–8 and complies with COPPA and Google Play Families Policy. Parents can review or delete app data via Settings → Clear App Data and can disable analytics.

Third-Party Services

We may use COPPA-compliant services such as Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics for anonymized analytics and crash reporting; these services do not collect personal information from children.

International Users & Changes

If using the app outside the U.S., local data remains on the device; analytics (if enabled) may be processed in the U.S. We may update this policy; changes will be posted here and the "Last updated" date revised.
