1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Kids Math Pup Tutor ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App. If you are a parent or guardian downloading this App for your child, you agree to these Terms on behalf of your child.

2. Description of Service

Kids Math Pup Tutor is a free educational mobile application designed to help children in Kindergarten through Grade 2 practice basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.

3. Intended Users

This App is designed for children ages 5–8 (K–2). Children should use the App under adult supervision as appropriate for their age.

4. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on your personal device(s) for personal, non-commercial educational purposes.

The App and its contents, including but not limited to text, artwork, audio, and the Math Pup mascot, are owned by us and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect and use information. Key points: we store minimal data locally, analytics are optional and anonymized, and we do not collect personal information from children.

8. No Advertisements or Purchases

Kids Math Pup Tutor is ad-free and contains no in-app purchases. The App is free to use and contains no ads, subscriptions, or paid features.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF THE APP.

10. Updates and Termination

We may update or discontinue the App at any time. We may also terminate access for users who violate these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
