These terms and conditions apply to the Snippet application (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices, created by Liquid Labs Inc. (hereby referred to as "Service Provider").
Upon downloading or utilizing the Application, you automatically agree to these terms. It is strongly advised that you thoroughly read and understand them prior to using the Application. Unauthorized copying, modification of the Application, or misuse of the Service Provider's trademarks is strictly prohibited.
Third-Party Services & BYOK APIs
The Application provides optional integrations with third-party developer APIs:
- GitHub Gists: Use of GitHub services requires compliance with the GitHub Terms of Service. You are responsible for safeguarding your Personal Access Tokens (PAT).
- AI Language Model Providers (Bring Your Own Key): When configuring third-party AI endpoints (such as Cloudflare Workers AI or OpenRouter), you supply your own API credentials. Usage, API quotas, and billing are strictly subject to your agreements with those respective providers.
AI Assistant Disclaimer
AI-generated code, explanations, and advice are produced by third-party large language models. The Service Provider makes no warranty regarding the correctness, security, or compilation success of AI-generated code. Users are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying all generated code before running or deploying it in production environments.
Offline & Device Responsibility
Snippet is an offline-first tool where all notes, snippets, and credentials are saved locally in private app storage on your device. You are responsible for device security, regular backups, and safeguarding your device against unauthorized access.
Modifications to Terms
The Service Provider reserves the right to periodically update these Terms and Conditions. Updates will be posted on this page and will take effect immediately upon publication.
